SHARE & CARE was registered in 1999 as a legal entity to bring about change in their lives. It is registered as a charity, approved for tax exemption, registered under the FCRA Act (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India to get partnership and support from overseas agencies to fulfil the objectives of the organisation.


  • SHARE & CARE is a registered organisation under the Indian Charitable Trust Act, Government of India.
  • SHARE & CARE is registered under the Section 12AA of Income Tax Act and thus recognised as a Charitable Organisation.
  • SHARE & CARE is registered under the Section 80G of Income Tax Act for tax exemption.
  • SHARE & CARE is registered under the FCRA Act (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) and the same was renewed in 2016.
